I remember when I would visit New York, I was amazed how many Duane Reade and CVS's there were. Practically on every corner. I used to think things like "that seems like a waste of prime real estate, all those drugstores everywhere."
After a day of running - strike - walking errands, and hauling stuff up to my apartment, I now consider their ease of location a god-send.

I have added a cool widget to the right side of my blog. Through Urban Spoon, I will list out my favorite restaurants as I visit them. Tonight, it is off to Brooklyn to try Franny's.
